Epix ERP - Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   • By registering for Epix ERP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Epix ERP.
2. Eligibility
   • Users must be at least 18 years of age to register.
   • Businesses must be legally registered entities.
   • Epix ERP reserves the right to verify user and business credentials.
3. Account Registration
   • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
   • One unique account is permitted per business entity.
   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
   • Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.
4. User Responsibilities
   • Users must protect their login information and notify Epix ERP immediately of any unauthorized use.
   • Users are liable for all activities conducted under their account.
   • Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws.
5. Data Privacy and Security
   • Epix ERP collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   • Users grant permission for necessary data processing for service delivery.
   • Epix ERP implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
6. Subscription and Billing
   • Registration may include free trial periods subject to specific terms.
   • Paid subscriptions will be billed according to chosen plan and frequency.
   • Users are responsible for timely payment of subscription fees.
   • Epix ERP reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
7. Service Usage
   • Epix ERP provides services "as is" without explicit guarantees.
   • Service availability might be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
   • Users are prohibited from:
     • Attempting unauthorized access to system
     • Using service for illegal activities
     • Interfering with system functionality
     • Reverse engineering the platform
8. Intellectual Property
   • All content, features, and functionality are owned by Epix ERP.
   • Users do not acquire any ownership rights to the platform.
   • Users retain ownership of their uploaded business data.
9. Limitation of Liability
   • Epix ERP is not liable for:
     • Indirect or consequential damages
     • Loss of business revenue
     • Data loss or corruption
   • Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid.
10. Termination
    • Users can terminate account at any time.
    • Epix ERP may terminate accounts for:
      • Violation of terms
      • Suspicious activities
      • Non-compliance with policies
    • Upon termination, user data may be permanently deleted.
11. Modifications to Terms
    • Epix ERP reserves the right to modify these terms.
    • Users will be notified of significant changes.
    • Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
12. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
    • Governing law: Laws of Sri Lanka
    • Jurisdiction: Courts of Colombo
